At Bouclair, we want you to love your home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition and packaging. Simply present your receipt or order confirmation to receive a refund or exchange through your original payment method.

Return Process

  Locate your order number and email address to start the process online via our returns portal or bring your items directly to any Bouclair store location.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it at an authorized courier location, or skip the shipping fees by returning the item to a store near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse or store team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
